We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Retail Banking Operation - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Service Process Coordinator - C04 ) based in Asia Pacific, India. In this role, you’re expected to:

0-3 years experience in banking operation, Operational process management Should have good comprehension skills & be attentive to details  Should have good communication skills Should be able to make sound decisions based on information on hand Customer focused Demonstrated strengths across Risk/Controls and Client Excellence Payments processing experience preferred

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good oral and written communication skills (call outs to customers) Good customer service skills, service oriented Attention to details, high level of accuracy and productivity. Meticulous, with good initiative & independence, communication skills
