TheDevelopment Manager is responsible for recruiting and nurturingPersonal Financial Advisors (PFAs) to drive new business generationand ensure the renewal of existing business. The role involveslicensing agents building and managing a team driving agentproductivity implementing sales promotions coaching PFAs to providetailored solutions and achieving new business and renewaltargets.

Requirements
  • Ensurethe licensing of agents and build own team ofPFAs.
  • Drive productivity of both newand experienced agents.
  • Implementsales promotions to boost PFAperformance.
  • Coach and mentor PFAsto deliver needbased solutions forcustomers.
  • Achieve new business andrenewal targets throughagents.
  • Maintain accurate businessreporting and MIS on sales calls (LMS) on a dailybasis.
