Front Desk Administrative

Role Responsibilities:
Pleasantface between visitor and AEPL employee/s
Help visitorsconnect with the concerned person seamlessly
Ensurefront office and waiting area is spicnspan
Ensure basiccleanliness and hygiene of the office
Coordinate withthe housekeeping vendor for day to day activities
Managetravel of employees viz. Flight/train ticketing hotel bookingcab/transport partner etc.
Manage and coordinate withthe courier agency for all incoming and outgoingcouriers
Manage and coordinate with all white goodsvendors for proper functioning and AMC of ACs
Refrigerator Lighting Furniture Paint etc.
All necessarystationery and other material (e.g. pens forms and brochures) isstacked properly
in designated space/place
Maintain office security by following safety procedures andcontrolling access
Skill & ExperienceRequired:
Proven work experience as a Front Desk andAdministration Executive or similar role for
minimum 2years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excelpower point and Outlook)
Pleasant to talk to
Professional attitude and appearance
Proficient writtenand verbal communication skills (English Hindi andGujarati)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive tofind solutions to challenges if any
Excellentorganizational skills
Multitasking and timemanagementskills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customerservice attitude
