Front Desk Administrator

Role Responsibilities:
- Pleasant face between visitor and AEPL employee/s
- Help visitors connect with the concerned person seamlessly
- Ensure front office and waiting area is spic-n-span
- Ensure basic cleanliness and hygiene of the office
- Coordinate with the housekeeping vendor for day to day activities
- Manage travel of employees viz. Flight/train ticketing, hotel booking, cab/transport partner etc.Manage and coordinate with the courier agency for all incoming and outgoing couriersManage and coordinate with all white goods vendors for proper functioning and AMC of ACs, Refrigerator, Lighting, Furniture, Paint etc.
- All necessary stationery and other material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) is stacked properly in designated space/place
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk and Administration Executive or similar role for minimum 2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power point and Outlook)Pleasant to talk to
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi and Gujarati)Ability to be resourceful and proactive to find solutions to challenges, if anyExcellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitude
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
