Role Responsibilities:
- Pleasant face between visitor and AEPL employee/s
- Help visitors connect with the concerned person seamlessly
- Ensure front office and waiting area is spic-n-span
- Ensure basic cleanliness and hygiene of the office
- Coordinate with the housekeeping vendor for day to day activities
- Manage travel of employees viz. Flight/train ticketing, hotel booking, cab/transport partner etc.
- Manage and coordinate with the courier agency for all incoming and outgoing couriers
- Manage and coordinate with all white goods vendors for proper functioning and AMC of ACs,
Refrigerator, Lighting, Furniture, Paint etc.
- All necessary stationery and other material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) is stacked properly
in designated space/place
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Skill & Experience Required:
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk and Administration Executive or similar role for
minimum 2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power point and Outlook)
- Pleasant to talk to
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi and Gujarati)
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive to find solutions to challenges, if any
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
