Job Title: Front desk executive for an Imaging Diagnostic Chain in Ahmedbad.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced front desk officer to oversee the operations of our imaging diagnostic chain in ahmedbad, The front desk officer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the diagnostic center, supervising staff, ensuring quality of services, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Supervise and train staff, including radiologists, technicians, front desk staff, and other support staff
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to established policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control measures
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of services and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient data, test results, and other relevant information
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available for use
- Ensure that the center complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with other managers and departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry, preferably in imaging diagnostics
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality control standards
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on results
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in English and Gujarati, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
