  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and orderly
  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining records
  • Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as assigned
