Summary:

Weare seeking a dynamic and motivated Engineer to join our team anddrive the sales of industrial abrasive products. The Sales Engineerwill be responsible for building and maintaining strong customerrelationships identifying new business opportunities and achievingsales targets within the industrial consumables market. This rolerequires a deep understanding of the products industry trends andeffective salestechniques.

Responsibilities

  • Developand maintain strong relationships with existing and potentialcustomers in the industrialsector.
  • Understandcustomer needs challenges and requirements to offer tailoredsolutions and provide exceptional customerservice.
  • Regularlyengage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling andcrossselling consumableproducts.
  • Createand execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets andexpand market share for industrialconsumables.
  • Identifyand prospect new clients within the target market segmentsleveraging industry knowledge andnetworking.
  • Collaboratewith the sales team to develop and present product offeringspricing and proposals toclients.
  • Conductproduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefitsand features of industrialconsumables.
  • Developa deep understanding of our range of industrial consumable productsincluding their applications and technicalspecifications.
  • Stayupdated on industry trends competitor products and marketdevelopments to provide informed recommendations tocustomers.
  • Providetechnical support and guidance to customers helping them choose themost suitable products for their specificneeds.
  • Maintainaccurate records of sales activities customer interactions andopportunities in the CRMsystem.
  • Generateregular sales reports forecasts and analyses for managementreview.
  • Usedatadriven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimizesalesstrategies.
  • Workclosely with the marketing team to develop effective promotionalmaterials campaigns and productlaunches.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams such as customer support product developmentand logistics to ensure seamless customerexperiences.
  • Communicatemarket feedback and customer insights to contribute to productenhancements andinnovations.


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Business or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in B2B sales preferably in the industrial consumablessector.
  • Strongtechnical aptitude and ability to understand complex industrialproducts.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Resultsdrivenwith a track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
  • Proficiencyin using CRM software and Microsoft Officesuite.
  • Abilityto travel to client locations on a regularbasis.
