Competencies Required:
Educational Qualifications & Experience: Postgraduate preferably in BioScience / MBA/ Management. Proven Track record in sales and experience with Academic, Healthcare , Pharma/Biopharma customer. Experience at North-East & West Bengal will be Preferred. Sound Knowledge of compliance and process management. Reliable forecasting and modeling capability. Strong communication, presentation, and commercial skills. Must have a scientific way of thinking and establishing concepts Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of data management. Is a self-starter, Go getter and drives actions with passion and serves as a consultant to the target accounts. Team Player. Implement Account specific strategic plans. Should have very strong convincing and influencing skills. Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time region.Benefits:
