Job Title: Sales Operations & Reporting team lead
Job Location: Bangalore, India
Reporting to: Head of Sales Operations

Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace. Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals Govern and Review safety metrics from time to timeCore Purpose of the Role: The role is for the sales operations & reporting team lead position in the commercial department responsible for Salesforce(SFDC) effectiveness, business KPI reporting, sales incentives operations, and strategic projects.
Role Accountabilities:
Salesforce (SFDC) effectiveness: Provide guidance for planning and implementation of Salesforce enhancements as per requests received from the commercial leadership team towards sales effectiveness Evaluate applications that can be integrated with the CRM for better sales productivity or as per the business requirements Ensure commercial SOP documents, Salesforce user manual are maintained with latest updates Regulate the data sanity, analytics, reports and dashboard management for the CRM Reporting & analytics: Responsible for timely delivery of CEO weekly report, monthly commercial leadership meetings, CEO monthly report, and board presentations as per requirements Review and publish pipeline and business KPIs reports for the sales leaders monthly and as per business requirements Review and publish weekly and monthly business KPIs tracking reports for technical project teams Work closely with the proposal head for win-loss analysis and RFP trends Across all reports, ensure data correctness and insights reporting Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) operations: Review and publish scorecard calculations for the sales team Drive SIP process automation Review the SIP letters and monitor the closure of payouts Publish payout summary and quarterly SIP updates for the leadership Strategic projects: Drive the user adoption for Power BI and enrich it with analytics and layouts for the commercial leadership team Focus on sales team enablement Risk management and audit updatesSyngene Values

Experience
Technical/functional skills
Relevant experience with CRM like Salesforce Relevant knowledge of running Quote to Cash processes in a services company Robust analytics and presentation skills with excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar Strong influencing skills with experience getting things done through others Ability to interact with senior leadership Ability to lead and manage a team of highly motivated individuals Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsEducation & certifications
MBA with a Life Sciences background is preferred Knowledge of the customer relationship management platforms or related experience is preferred-
