Job Purpose

Manages the retail operations of the cluster and ensure smooth execution, adherence to all SOPs and cluster performance. Responsible for customer excellence, motivation and retention of team and overall profitability of the cluster.


Education Qualifications

Graduation/ Post Graduation


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the business plans for the cluster in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to all operating procedures.
  • Address field requirements to enhance store efficiency and oversee inventory, including assortment, defective products, shrinkage, and planogram adherence.
  • Optimize product and merchandise mix to boost sales.
  • Balance cost optimization with other expenditures.
  • Build relationships and influence outcomes for successful activities.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performance team to achieve sales targets.
  • Obtain customer feedback to improve service and processes.
  • Stay updated on competition and market trends.
  • Conduct surveys and initiate local activities to increase sales and market share.
  • Establish local partnerships to boost sales and reach.
  • Oversee local events and promotions as per the marketing calendar.

  • Financial Performance - Achievement of Topline - TGT Vs Ach, LFL Growth, Market Share, Share of RCP, Attachment, EOL, Private label.
  • Customer Experience - VOC/Net Promoter Score, SQA, Complaints
  • Inventory Management - Assortment, Shrinkage, Defective Management
  • People Management - Retention Score and Engagement Score of Employees
  • New Initiatives for business growth - Competitive Intelligence - New Market Potential, New Stores, Market Share
