Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Chef - Cafe Operation at Pandhal Global Gourmet PVT LTD in Kochi. The Cluster Chef will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple cafes, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, the Cluster Chef will be involved in training staff, implementing food preparation processes, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree or certification is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
