Job Description
Position Title:       Sr. Manager - Cloud Consulting
Experience:           5+ Years
Location:                Bangalore
Working Mode:    Work from Office

Qualification:       Any Graduate Degree

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate customer adoption by identifying specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a value proposition for using Amazon web services.

  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT Work closely with the Solutions Team to ensure that our company become the customer's preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines.

  • Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.

  • Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc).

  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
  • Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key account management, cloud computing background. Non-IT sales or IT channels/alliances traction will not be accepted. Persons with govt/PSU sales experience can be considered.

  • 5-10 years exp in direct IT product or services sales.

  • Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams.

  • Must have experience in selling cloud services. Good to have experience in selling Azure cloud solutions.
  • Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement.

  • Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary [precise, concise choice of words] and work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is a behavior and not a formal role in this JD.

  • Excellent written and spoken English. Business communication is vital and we cannot conduct training on this.

  • Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging.

  • Being able to work independently, build relationships and respond quickly.
