Job Profile Title: Sr. Manager FinanceBusiness

Title: Sr Manager Finance OperationsDivision/Functional Area:

Reports to: FinanceController

Department: Finance

JOBSUMMARY:

The personwill be responsible for overseeing Finance Operations relatedaccounting and reporting activities.

The candidate will be driving automation andprocess efficiency projects.

The position will lead all daytoday accountingmatters for relevant business cycles.

It will hold functional responsibility overaccounting.

Theposition will also be responsible for ensuring that the systems andprocedures are in place to support effective program implementationand conducting flawless audits.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:DESCRIBE SCOPE:

Functional responsibilities

AP Operations

Ensuring MSME compliances andreturn requirements

Review of aged AP andemployee balances and ensuring timely action on those.

Review of Vendor Master data

Reviewof monthly TDS working and quarterly return

Ensuring all intercompany payments including relevance crosscharges in/out.

AR Operations

Ensuring adequate provision forbad debts is made as per company policy

Responsible for sending demand notices to customer and discussionwith legal team and timely action on customer dues.

. Review of Customer Master data

Review of monthly TCS working and quarterly return

Review of Price Master and Price list

NPPA compliances and reporting as per requirements

Claims Review and analysis

Treasury Operations

Cash flow review and submission as per therequirements

Dividend related workings

Coordination with bankers and reportingrequirements

Coordination with regionaltreasury team as per the requirements

General Expectations

Ensuring training and development of the team member

Seamless coordination with internal andexternal stakeholders

Driving adherence torelevance policies of AP and AR.

EnsuringBalance Sheet Reconciliation are completed timely qualitative andaccurately.

Monthly MIS reporting and managingadhoc reporting requirements

Audit andAssessment support

Finance PoliciesProjects and Operating Model Integration (OMI)Requirements

Driving all audits(Internal Statutory ICFR SOX) and ensuring no adverseremarks

System implementation and coordinationwith IT team for new developments / enhancement

required for system

Leading monthly operationsreviews (MOR) and ensuring timely actions on open items

Managing Legal entity Integration relatedrequirements
