Weare seeking a highly skilled and motivated KYC Senior Manager tojoin our dynamic team at Fyers Securities. The KYC Manager willplay a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements and maintaining the integrity of our customeronboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in KYC procedures risk management and regulatorycompliance within the fintech sector.


Roles andResponsibilities:

  • Oversee KYCOperations: Manage and lead theKYC operations team responsible for customer onboarding periodicreviews and enhanced due diligence processes.

  • Policy Development andImplementation: Stay abreast ofrelevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Develop and implement robust KYC policies and procedures to ensurecompliance with local and international regulations.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments on new and existing customersto identify potential risks and ensure proper risk mitigationstrategies are in place.

  • Training andDevelopment: Provide ongoingtraining and support to the KYC team to enhance their knowledge andskills. Stay informed about changes in regulations and update theteam accordingly.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams includinglegal compliance and customer support to ensure seamlesscollaboration and adherence to KYC guidelines.

  • TechnologyIntegration: Collaborate withthe technology team to implement and optimize KYCrelatedtechnologies and tools. Explore opportunities for automation toenhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Reporting andDocumentation: Generate regularreports on KYC activities identify trends and provide insights tosenior management. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentationof all KYC processes.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks on KYC filesto ensure accuracy and completeness. Implement corrective measureswhen necessary.


Requirements
  • Proven experience inKYC operations risk management and regulatory compliance within thefintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of local andinternational regulatory frameworks related to KYC and AML(AntiMoney Laundering).
  • Familiarity with KYC technologies and tools;experience with implementing automation in KYC processes is aplus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify andmitigate risks effectively
  • Detailoriented with strong organizationaland project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolvingfintech environment.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications incompliance or risk management is a plus
