Overview
Edifecs is looking for a dynamic Business Partner to join our People & Culture Team.We are looking for a progressive, strategicPeopleBusiness Partner, preferably with experiencein highly distributed and matrixedSaaS software organizations.Thisindividualwill report tothe Senior Director, People & Culture, and will beresponsible for collaborating with keystakeholdersin executing the people& culturestrategyand partnering with business leadership to proactively identify future people-related business needs and translatingthem into achievable action plans.This role will act as a consultant to business unit management on all HR-related actions and act as an employee champion.
What you will do:
Directly support targeted business units, and as such have a close understanding of the charter, challenges, and priorities of the teams they support. Work to understand associate challenges and engagement, and advocate for needed change as a result. Work closely with the BU leader and leadership team to build successful teams and keep them operating smoothly. Partner with senior business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support a fast-growing business while maintaining an engaging, respectful, and fun work environment. Incorporate cultural definition and values in people practices, programs, and processes. Identify areas of needed organizational change that are in alignment with the organization's strategic direction. Anticipate and articulate emerging organizational needs in areas of culture building, change management, organizational learning, and performance management. Use effective strategies that enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provide coaching that helps leaders develop and grow. Strong orientation to creating positive work environments through effective employee engagement practices. Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements. Work closely with managers and the People Operations Team to ensure associate data in systems is accurate; some administration may be required.What you will bring:
•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
•10+ years of experience in an HR generalist/business partner role, preferably in a high-tech environment
•Proven success in coaching senior leaders in high growth environments
•Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
•Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem-solving with various levels of leadership
•Broad experience and specific knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, learning, and performance management.
•Strong business acumen.
•Proven Project management and execution skills and a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations.
•Proven ability to operate with autonomy and discretion and use sound judgment in all situations.
•Exceptional ability to influence and partner with other People Business Partner and People specialist professionals (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, Employee Relations) across different functions and locations.
•Experience working in high growth, global team environment with multiple time zones
