**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a People Services Intern to join our team as we continue to expand our rapidly growing global network infrastructure. This new role will help to support our India People Operations Team as we are quickly expanding in the region. Specifically, we are looking for someone that can help our team to transform the way we conduct our employee experience through process enhancements and new technologies.

**Responsibilities**
- Employee Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
- HR Data Management: Assisting with data entry, updating employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), maintaining personnel files, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration: Assisting with benefits enrollment, responding to employee inquiries about benefits, and supporting the administration of various employee benefit programs.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and conducting research on HR best practices.
- HR Projects: Assisting with various HR projects, such as HR process improvement initiative

**Qualifications**:
**Skills we're looking for**
- HR Knowledge: Familiarity with basic HR concepts, policies, and procedures is essential. Having a solid understanding of areas such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance will help you navigate day-to-day HR operations effectively.
- Attention to Detail: HR operations involve handling a lot of paperwork, data entry, and documentation. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and conducting data analysis.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is vital in HR operations. You will be interacting with employees, colleagues, and potentially external stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to clearly convey information, actively listen, and provide support to employees.
- Confidentiality and Ethics: HR deals with sensitive employee information, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards is of utmost importance. You should demonstrate a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and respect for privacy.
- Time Management: HR operations often involve handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Good time management skills will help you prioritize assignments, manage your workload efficiently, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Problem-Solving: HR operations can present various challenges and issues that require problem-solving skills. Being able to analyze situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions will be beneficial in resolving conflicts, addressing employee concerns, and improving HR processes.
- Technology Proficiency: HR operations increasingly rely on HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software. Familiarity with relevant software and the ability to learn new technologies quickly will enhance your efficiency and effectiveness in managing HR data and processes
