We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **International Customer Advisor.** This role will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients by handling inquiries related to appointment bookings, lab reports, and MedTech visits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to incoming calls and live chat messages from patients with professionalism and empathy.
- Address patient queries regarding appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Provide information about lab reports, ensuring patients understand their results and next steps.
- Assist patients in booking and confirming appointments for MedTech visits and other healthcare services.
- Facilitate communication between patients and MedTech professionals.
- Ensure that patients receive necessary information and support before, during, and after MedTech visits.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while keeping the patient informed.
- Investigate and resolve patient issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Adhere to established protocols and standards for customer service.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
