We are looking for highlymotivated and dedicated Regional Sales Manager for Plumbingproducts manufacturing company for DelhiLocation.

As a Regional Sales Manager you areresponsible for managing and supervising the sales team indifferent regions. You are also responsible for setting salestargets for the sales team. You should be evaluating theperformance of Sales Managers. To be successful in this job roleyou should be achieving short and longterm sales goals withstrategic determination. You should have exceptional leadershipskills and the ability to manage tasks in a timelymanner.

JobResponsibilities:

  • Toachieve sales retail and project business targets of branchesreporting under HO.
  • To achieve brand wiselocation wise targets.
  • To travel / meetFranchisee Dealers & Sales teams to solve issues related tosales services logistics and collections.
  • Totrain and assess Sales and Service teams.
  • Toappoint Franchisee Dealers Sales and Service teams at locations
  • To conduct review meets and present MIR.
  • To promote push close branches as perperformance.
  • To design festive schemes offersand boost sales.
  • To solve all kinds ofdaytoday issues affecting business growth

JobRequirements:

  • AnyGraduate with relevant background.
  • Required1015 years of experience in tiles ceramic sanitaryware cementetc.
  • Efficient in Googlespreadsheets.
  • Excellent communicationskills.
  • Team Leader
  • Targetachiever
  • Should be above 35 years ofage.
  • Should be open totravel.
