Responsibilities
  • Prepareand consolidate financial statements for the group ensuringaccuracy and compliance with reportingstandards.
  • Manage the timely submission ofmonthly quarterly and annual financial reports while enhancingreporting systems for efficiency andaccuracy.
  • Conduct internal audits to evaluatefinancial and operational controls ensuring adherence to companypolicies and regulatory requirements.
  • Act asthe primary liaison with external auditors managing the entireaudit process including preparing necessary documentation andaddressing audit queries.
  • Analyze financialperformance and provides strategic insights and recommendations toimprove overall financial health.
  • Ensurecompliance with financial regulations and standards across theorganization while developing and maintaining financial policiesand procedures.
  • Lead and mentor the financeteam fostering a culture of high performance continuous improvementand professionaldevelopment.
