Finance and Accounts Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting**: Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintain up-to-date financial records.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**: Develop and manage budgets, monitor variances, and provide insights into financial performance. Create financial forecasts to aid in decision-making and planning.

**Strategic Financial Planning**: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall financial improvement.

**Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and support operational needs. Implement strategies to optimise cash management and working capital.

**Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

**Internal Controls and Compliance**: Establish and enforce financial controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

**Tax Planning and Compliance**: Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations. Explore opportunities for tax optimization and risk mitigation.

**Team Management**: Supervise and lead the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support. Foster professional development and performance improvement.

**Vendor and Supplier Relations**: Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and financial institutions. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to optimize financial partnerships.

**Financial Software and Systems**: Utilize financial software and tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.

**Strategic Decision Support**: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives and projects.

**Risk Management**: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and economic conditions that could impact the organization. Qualifications and Skills:
Professional certifications such as Certified Chartered Accountant.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and taxation.
