**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ensure timely deposits.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage and respond to inquiries from vendors and clients regarding account status.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the accounting system.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with payroll processes and tax regulations.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
