**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required

**Accounts Assistance**:

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely payments from clients.
- Reconcile financial statements and accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining financial records.
- Liaise with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to administrative and accounts matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
