- Bookkeeping: Balancing accounts and managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Payments: Managing obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors. This may involve processing bank deposits, reconciling financial statements, and submitting tax forms.
- Client communication: Contacting clients and sending reminders to ensure timely payments.
- Record keeping: Maintaining records of receipts and invoices
