**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account & Finance Coordinator to oversee our company's financial operations. The Account & Finance Coordinator will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Manage all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and long-term growth objectives.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis for investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
