JobSummary:

We are seekinga highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Accountsdepartment atrestore.

The idealcandidate will assist in managing the financial operations ensurecompliance with accounting principles and support the AccountsManager in various financialtasks.

KeyResponsibilities:

Assist inoverseeing daily accounting operations including accountspayable/receivable general ledger and bankreconciliations.

Preparefinancial statements reports andbudgets.

Ensurecompliance with financial regulations andstandards.

Conductfinancial analysis to support strategic planning anddecisionmaking.

Manage monthendand yearend closingprocesses.

Supervise andmentor junior accountingstaff.

Coordinate withauditors for annualaudits.

Implement andmaintain internal controls andprocedures.

Handle taxfilings and ensure timely payment oftaxes.

Assist indeveloping and implementing financial policies andprocedures.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor sdegree in Accounting Finance or related field. A master s degree orprofessional certification (e.g. CPA CMA) ispreferred.

Provenexperience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in the Accountsdepartment.

Indepthknowledge of accounting principles regulations and bestpractices.

Proficiency inaccounting software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.

Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.

Excellentorganizational and timemanagementabilities.

Strongattention to detail andaccuracy.

Effectivecommunication and interpersonalskills.

Ability to workunder pressure and meet tightdeadlines.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in accountingor finance roles.

Experience in asupervisory or managerial position ispreferred.



Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, orrelated field. A master s degree or professional certification(e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. Proven experience as an AssistantManager or similar role in the Accounts department. In-depthknowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and bestpractices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft OfficeSuite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellentorganizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention todetail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonalskills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in accounting orfinance roles. Experience in a supervisory or managerial positionis preferred.
