Weare seeking a highly sed Technical Project Manager to oversee thedaytoday activities of our engineering projects. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in managing technicalprojects facilitating Agile odologies and ensuring timely deliveryof highquality products. This role involves coordinating withmultiple teams identifying and resolving blockers managing projecttimelines and ensuring effective communication acrossstakeholders.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. ProjectManagement:
Manage project timelinesdeliverables and resources to ensure projects are completed on timeand within budget.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such assprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to ensure teamsare working efficiently and aligned with project goals. Trackproject progress identify blockers and implement strategies toovercome them.
2. Communication andReporting:
Provide regular status updates tostakeholders including project progress challenges anddependencies.
Ensure clear and effective communicationamong team members and stakeholders.
3.Dependency Management:
Identify andmanage project dependencies to ensure smooth and minimizedelays.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to alignproject plans and resources.
4. Planning and:
Help create detailed project plans includingtimelines milestones and resource allocation.
Ensureproject aligns with technical and business objectives.
5. Technical Oversight:
Maintain arobust understanding of the technical aspects involved in theprojects to provide effective technical guidance andoversight.

Requirements1.Experience:
Minimum 5 years ofexperience in managing technical projects preferably indata processing machine learning platform development andapplication development. Proven track record ofsuccessfully delivering projects using Agile odologies andtools.
Experience with AI and machine learningtechnologies such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similarframeworks.
Experience with data processingtechnologies such as Apache Spark Hadoop or similarframeworks.
Experience with applicationdevelopment including web and mobileapplications.
2.Ss:
Strong communication andinterpersonal ss to manage diverse teams andstakeholders.
Technical background in engineering or arelated field to understand project requirements andchallenges.
Ability to identify and manage project risksand dependencies.
Proficiency in projectmanagement tools such as Jira Asana Trello or similartools.
Knowledge of version control systemssuch as Git SVN or similar systems.3.Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.

Required Ss: Understanding of supply chain planning processesincluding demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventoryoptimization. Should have done at least 2 implementations using atleast one of the best-in-cl supply chain software tools (e.g. O9 )or custom built supply chain planning applications involvingadvanced algorithms (AI/ML). 3 years to 7 years of work experiencein Supply Chain Planning domain with technology exposure.Flexibility to work on any supply chain technology. Appropriatetraining would be provided if you would need to work on a differenttechnology than what you have experience in. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal ss to interact with internal andexternal stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reportingytical and Problem-solving ss along with self-motivation to excelMeticulous planning ss with attention to detail and multi-taskingss Ability to drive projects in a matrix management environmentthat includes influencing, efficiency, collaboration, candor, andopenness with a focus on results orientation Ability to yze largeamount of data; R, Python, SQL knowledge is preferred. PersonalAttributes: Ability to cope in a technically complex andfast-changing environment, and to respond calmly and rationally tochanging aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. Strongplanning and organizing ss including the ability to manage severalwork streams simultaneously. Excellent communication ss with acapacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently andlogically both in writing and verbally. Good influencing andpersuasion ss with the ability to enthuse and inspiremultidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at alllevels. Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on owninitiative. Clear decision-making ability with the facility tojudge complex situations and ess when to escalate issues. Abilityto balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritizationand a pragmatic approach. Interest in learning supply chainsoftware tools.
