Technical Program Manager(TPM)

Mandatory Skills :

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in firmware (FW) and a strong technical background in both hardware (HW) and software (SW) domains.
  • Hand on experience on server components
  • This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving new product introductions (NPI).
  • Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical programs focused on firmware development and delivery.
  • Utilize Azure and Microsoft Project Management tools for planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across HW/SW platforms during project lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Monitor and analyze data using Kusto Query Language (KQL) for troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Foster strong communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Ensure compliance with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in firmware (FW) projects. Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft PM tools.
  • Strong debugging skills in both hardware and software domains.
  • Expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for HW/SW. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum). Experience in managing cross-functional teams in the technology sector. Understanding of firmware development processes and lifecycle.
