Technical Project Manager / Technical Scrum Master
  • 14+ years of experience in software development and project management, with a focus on Java/J2EE-based development and integration.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end project deliveries, with Agile project management in an IT environment.
  • Experience in handling 20+ teams members including Senior Engineers, Tech Leads and Solution Architect..
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, and object-oriented analysis and design.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred. Knowledge of project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams across different locations and time zones.
  • Ability to handle 7/8 Pods in parallel and ensuring the team is efficiently directed for the
  • Prior experience handling data integration and analytics projects in industries like Supply Chain or Finance is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in cloud-native development, preferably using GCP.
  • Client Management Experience
