Overview:The FoundersOffice plays a pivotal role in supporting the Founder in a dynamicfastpaced environment. As a key liaison this position facilitatesefficient communication coordination and administrative taskscrucial to driving the founders initiatives andvision.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage the Founderscomplex calendar including scheduling meetings andappointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements andaccommodations for the Founder
  • Perform generaladministrative tasks such as drafting correspondence maintainingfiles and managing expenses
  • Assist in preparingreports presentations and documents for internal and externalstakeholders
  • Act as the primary point ofcontact for internal and external inquiries exercising discretionand confidentiality
  • Conduct research and gatherinformation to support decisionmaking and strategicplanning
  • Facilitate effective communicationbetween the Founder and various teams ensuring timely disseminationof information
  • Organize and prioritize tasks toensure the Founders time is utilizedefficiently
  • Closely collaborate with otherexecutive support staff to streamline operations and optimizesupport to the Founder
  • Participate in adhocprojects and contribute to the overall success of the FoundersOffice
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Communications or relatedfield
  • 3 years of experience in a similar rolesupporting Clevel executives or highprofileindividuals
  • Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Demonstrated ability tohandle sensitive information with confidentiality anddiscretion
  • Proficiency in calendar managementand travel coordination
  • Strong organizationaland time management skills with the ability to prioritize taskseffectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite and other productivity tools
  • Proven trackrecord of managing multiple tasks and projectssimultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpacedand dynamic work environment
  • High level ofprofessionalism and a proactive approach toproblemsolving
  • Detailoriented with a focus onaccuracy and quality
  • Experience in conductingresearch and preparing reports orpresentations
  • Ability to collaborateeffectively with internal and externalstakeholders
  • Flexibility to accommodateoccasional afterhours support asneeded
  • Experience working in a remote orvirtual setting is aplus
