JobDescription:
Weare seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to joinour team in the renewable energy sector. As an Area Sales Manageryou will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth withinyour designated region with a specific focus on the solar PVindustry. Your primary objective will be to develop and executestrategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets while alsofostering strong relationships with key clients andstakeholders.
KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Developand implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targetsand increase market share in the solar PVindustry.
  2. Identify and pursue new businessopportunities within the assigned territory including leadgeneration prospecting and networking.
  3. Manageand nurture relationships with existing clients ensuring highlevels of customer satisfaction andretention.
  4. Collaborate with internal teamsincluding marketing product development and operations to supportsales initiatives and drive businessgrowth.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends marketdevelopments and competitor activities to inform strategicdecisionmaking and maintain a competitiveedge.
  6. Prepare and present regular sales reportsforecasts and analyses to senior management highlightingperformance metrics and areas forimprovement.
  7. Provide training guidance andsupport to sales representatives and distributors within the regionto optimize their performance and enhance overall teameffectiveness.
  8. Represent the company atindustry events conferences and trade shows to promote brandawareness and generate new businessopportunities.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or arelated field.
  2. 34 years of proven exp in saleswith a demonstrated track record of success in the solar PVindustry.
  3. Strong understanding of solar energytechnologies products and services as well as knowledge of relevantmarket dynamics and regulatoryframeworks.
  4. Excellent communication negotiationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andcredibility with clients and colleagues.
  5. Provenability to work independently and as part of a team with aresultsoriented mindset and a proactive approach toproblemsolving.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) for sales tracking andreporting purposes.
  7. Willingness to travelfrequently within the assigned territory asneeded.
  8. Valid drivers license and clean drivingrecord.
