Description

Lead development of a multi-year Data, Analytics and AI agenda and roadmap for WM, in collaboration with global Chief Data Officer business, Global Center of Excellence and technology practices, to solve complex client and operational challenges through data solutions.

Prior experience building India Center of Excellence in one of the premier financial institution and academic qualifications from one of the premier institution such as IIT or IIM.

2. Develop a comprehensive portfolio of Data and automation opportunities across the business and oversee prioritization, execution and proof of concept approach and disciplined execution of targeted initiatives.

3. Hands on engagement in Data and Analytics efforts for key areas in WM, including current assessment, root cause analysis, development and disciplined execution of strategies and solutions to achieve contemporary and scalable operational and client outcomes.

4. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to assess current state and architect future-state operating models, processes, capabilities required by both business and technology to successfully adopt digitization and automation solutions.

5. Lead the change management effort to ensure successful adoption of the transformation effort.

6. Partner with Technology and Data to develop scalable solutions and evaluate build/buy/outsource decisions.

7. Communicate roadmap in terms meaningful to both business and technology organizations to influence, educate and support the implementation of key Data and Analytics capabilities.

8. Provide thought leadership on how emerging technologies can be used to differentiate client engagement or strengthen operating models.

11. Determines staffing needs, makes hiring and firing decisions, handles salary administration, and ensures resources are available to accomplish priorities. Develops and manages diversity programs and programs for the unit.

Knowledge

Deep expertise in delivering Data and Analytics-driven transformation in one or more areas such as Data Governance, MDM, IBOR, Analytics Robotic Process Data / AI/ Machine Learning/ AI, using Agile methodologies. Strong consultative skills including project scoping, insight gathering, problem solving, data strategy development, influencing, facilitation and consensus building. Prior experience in integrating and influencing others across a network, and unlocking new opportunities to drive excellence in client and operational service and delivery. • Demonstrated track record of developing an enterprise-view Ensure robustness of business cases and tracking of value delivery 10. Manages an applications unit or function. Establishes performance standards for the unit. Conducts the performance management process, identifies training and career development needs. Additional Skills: Manages business, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance and applying business architecture principles to business solutions. Strong negotiation and vendor management experience. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to develop materials and effectively present to and persuade executive audiences. Ability to adapt communication style to act as a liaison between the information technology groups and business teams. Dynamic relationship building and partnership skills; a strong collaborator with experience leading initiatives across multiple groups and stakeholders. • Excellent motivation and team building skills, including the ability to recruit, develop and retain staff. Strong situational awareness and decision making capabilities Experience : Overall 17 to 20 years of experience in managing and driving projects and change management.
