Purpose of the Job


Role is for circle lead for CE- Airtel business and the candidate would be Managing circle B2B Growth through customer Engagement and Experience.


Key Deliverables

  • Ensure 100% service level adherence to business processes
  • enhance the Revenue enhancement -Churn Control and Up-sell (Data and Voice)
  • Fault Rate and SLA
  • increase Collection Efficiency : 0-60 days (data and Voice)
  • Debts Reduction
  • Delivery vs. Target
  • virtualization through PFH, Self-care and Paperless bill media.

Educational Qualifications

Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM


Work Experience

15+ Years of experience in telecom(Preferred)
