Purpose of the Job
Role is for circle lead for CE- Airtel business and the candidate would be Managing circle B2B Growth through customer Engagement and Experience.
Key Deliverables
Ensure 100% service level adherence to business processes
enhance the Revenue enhancement -Churn Control and Up-sell (Data and Voice)
Fault Rate and SLA
increase Collection Efficiency : 0-60 days (data and Voice)
Debts Reduction
Delivery vs. Target
virtualization through PFH, Self-care and Paperless bill media.
Skills Required
in Project Management + Collections
Management
Team Management
Educational Qualifications
Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM
Work Experience
15+ Years of experience in telecom(Preferred)
