Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager for Enterprise Sales to join our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position requiring a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The role involves driving strategic sales efforts, managing a robust sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and relationship management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in sales management with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional team leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop sales teams towards achieving business objectives.
  • Strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management to build and maintain lasting client partnerships.
  • Strategic planning skills (Mandatory skill) to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the enterprise sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through extensive market research and network development.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Represent iKeva professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
