Tasks

As a B2B Salerepresentatives you will be primarily responsible for attractingnew business clients and to build an effective longtermrelationship with the customers and perform sets of salesactivities to help the organization run effectively efficiently andin support of business strategies andobjectives.

  • Actively approach targetedbusiness clients (telephone email social networks events etc.)
  • Achieve forecasted salesgoals
  • Search for new client leads contactdetails from online sources like LinkedIn Fundoodata Google searchand from offline networks of the decision maker from the HR andMarketing departments of companies
  • Managerelationships with existing customers
  • Conductmarket research and Proposing sales and marketing strategies(analyse competitors efficiency of sales strategiesetc.)
  • Preparing for meetings via structuredresearch about target client
  • Having effectivesales meetings in order to:
  • Understand thebrief of the client
  • Position Elemental Studiosas the best choice for the client
  • Generaterequirements for the Digital Marketing Av or Creative from theclient
  • Create presentations based on the clientrequirements
  • Coordinate with the operationsteam to generate proposals
  • Negotiate winwindeals
  • Write emails professionally to record alldiscussions with the client
  • Be the interfacebetween the client and the operations team from contract tocompletion of the project
  • Maintaining thedatabase on the internal templates of theorganization
  • Maintain profitability index asper management guidelines
  • Leading by exampleand being a teamplayer is a must
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and the ability to identify and addressobstacles togrowth
Requirements
  • Degreein marketing business or equivalent.
  • 2 years ofhandson sales experience in a B2Brole.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B sales andmarketing.
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills
  • Fluency in English isrequired
  • Demonstrated ability to use ofanalytical skills and familiarity with productivity and reportingtools such as MS Office LinkedIn Zoho CRM Asanaetc...
  • Proven track record in delivering salesgrowth
  • Solid knowledge of Sales management andB2B sales pipelinemanagement
