India Marketing is conducting General dentist recruitment activity through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking events, and industry conferences. First touchpoint for them is Concierge team to filter out interested leads . Role of the Clinical expert would be primarily to nurture leads and involves being consultant for the leads until they become Invisalign provider . This role would deal with becoming Clinical expert to Drs in terms of their case screening for Invisalign, Sell them value behind becoming a provider by content engagement , building relationships, delivering value, and guiding Drs through the lead funnel of Interested to esteemed provider In this role, you will… These interested potential leads would be serviced by “Clinical Expert “ through below efforts Lead Nurturing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy to engage potential doctors for 3-4 months until they give us Invisalign patient. This includes creating personalized communications/webinars /virtual connect with Drs and providing content tailored to different stages of the doctor prospect journey. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads by providing valuable information, addressing their concerns, and understanding their needs and pain points. This involves regular communication via email, phone calls, and online meetings. Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide them with qualified leads, insights, and resources needed to further accelerate the doctors journey and engagement. Ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts to maximize lead conversion rates. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales to align lead nurturing efforts with broader business goals and strategies.
