We are urgently hiring Customer Service Associates for a logistics company based in the US. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through a blended calling process. The position is located in Mahape, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Previous international/domestic customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Ability to understand customer issues and help create solutions.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and have weekly offs.
- Willingness to travel during day shifts, if required.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle overall logistics operations from source to delivery.
- Act as the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient solutions to customer issues.

**International (preferred) / Domestic Voice Process Experience**: Minimum 1+ years of experience in BPO voice process

**Communication**: Very fluent in English speaking and writing skills

**Shifts**: Rotational (Early morning, Night, and General Day shifts)

**Weekly offs**: Rotational; 5 days working

**Work from office**: Mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
