  • Provideexceptional customer service through various communication channelsincluding phone email and chat.
  • Build andmaintain positive relationships with key customers addressing theirqueries and concerns promptly andeffectively.
  • Work collaboratively within a teamto ensure efficient resolution of customer issues andinquiries.
  • Keep accurate records of customerinteractions transactions comments andcomplaints.
  • Utilize problemsolving skills toaddress customer concerns and provide appropriatesolutions.
  • Stay informed about Airtel productsand services to effectively assist customers and promote upsellingopportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
  • Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment.
  • Previous experience incustomer service or a related field is aplus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in afastpaced environment.
  • Commitment to deliveringa high level of customersatisfaction.
