Job Summary:

The Merchandising & Customer Care Manager isresponsible for developing and executing merchandising strategiesto maximize brand visibility drive sales and enhance the overallcustomer experience. This role involves collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to plan and execute product/giftingassortments visual merchandising displays and promotional campaignsthat align with the brands objectives and resonate with the targetaudience.

KeyResponsibilities:

Develop andimplement merchandising strategies that support the brands overallobjectives and drive sales across various channels including retailstores ecommerce platforms and wholesale partners.

Collaborate with the marketing product development andsales teams to develop seasonal merchandising plans product/giftingassortments and promotional strategies that align with the brandspositioning and target market.

Conduct marketresearch and analysis to identify consumer trends competitivelandscape and emerging opportunities for product merchandising andassortment planning.

Work closely with productdevelopment teams to ensure alignment between merchandisingstrategies and product assortment planning including productlaunches line extensions and promotional campaigns.

Develop and maintain merchandising guidelines standardsand best practices to ensure consistency and brand integrity acrossall channels and touchpoints.

Manage theplanning and execution of visual merchandising displays storelayouts and instore promotions to optimize product visibility andenhance the shopping experience.

Collaboratewith retail partners to negotiate and execute merchandisingagreements planograms and promotional initiatives that drivesellthrough and maximize brand exposure.

Analyze sales data inventory levels and customer feedback toevaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and identifyopportunities for optimization and improvement.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer insightsto inform merchandising decisions and identify opportunities forinnovation and differentiation.

Lead anddevelop a team of merchandising associates providing guidancesupport and training to ensure alignment with brand standards andobjectives.

Manage the Customer Care Operations& Keep accurate records and document customer service actionsand discussions

Analyse statistics of thequeries received compile report

Take ownershipof customers issues and follow up with Internal and externalstakeholders and work on resolutions

Supervisecustomer care team. Including coaching training and motivatingstaff to perform effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing business administration retailmerchandising or a related field; Masters degreepreferred.

Proven experience of 5 to 6 Years inmerchandising retail management or related roles preferably withinthe fashion apparel or consumer goods industry.

Strong understanding of merchandising principles product/giftingassortment planning and retail marketing strategies.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpretsales data identify trends and make datadriven merchandisingdecisions.

Creative thinking and problemsolvingabilities with a passion for driving innovation and creatingcompelling product displays and promotions.

Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with theability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams andexternal partners.

Experience managing anddeveloping a team with a focus on coaching mentoring andperformance management.

Proficiency inmerchandising tools and systems including retail planning softwareinventory management systems and data analyticsplatforms.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced anddynamic environment with a flexible and adaptable approach tochanging priorities and business needs.
