Position: SP/SSO

Job Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with Consultant, understand the specifications and suggest the equivalent products and take the approval
  • Selecting the corporate accounts, understand the specifications of projects and maintenance, recommend the products as per end use and specifications and after discussion with end user freeze the specifications.
  • Selecting the OEM accounts, understanding the specifications and end requirements. Suggest the existing product or Develop new product in consultation with R&D, do the trial and make new specifications.
  • Upgrading the specifications of existing Corporate / OEM accounts.
  • Promoting the Promotional Products Floor Coatings etc.
  • Developing new products as per end customer requirements, take approval from concern authority and try for order.
  • Do the dealer end client meets and promote ALL PRODUCT RANGE.
  • New Product Training to all sales force.
  • Guiding Sales person to do the Development of new potential area.
  • Coordination for Product testing, third party Inspections etc as per client




Requirements


Experience: 2 to 6 years experience into technical sales of protective paints & coatings only.
