Primary Responsibility
Provide Global and on-site end-user support for H.B. Fuller.
The IT Service Desk / Support Analyst is a front-line problem solver and as an IT Support Analyst, you serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions, either remotely or on-site. You diagnose hardware and software problems, set up new equipment, and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. You escalate complex issues to higher-level support and document all interactions and resolutions when necessary. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential to ensure high user satisfaction and seamless IT operations.
Support Analyst professionals are customer-oriented individuals tasked with fielding questions and helping to resolve issues concerning IT systems, computer hardware, and software. The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide customer service to end-users via phone, online requests, emails, and walk-ups.Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base.Resolve complex technical problems related to computer systems, applications, and network connectivity.Manage and prioritize technical support requests and ensure timely resolution.Participate in the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.Collaborate with other IT staff to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.Provide training to end-users on software applications and technologyMinimum Requirements:
• Associates degree required.
• Internship in IT/business and/or 2-4 years of IT/related experience
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelors in BA, CS, or MIS
Certification or other training in IT industry.
ITIL v3 or higher.
Physical Environment:
• Basic office environment
