Job Description for Identity & Access Management Support Analyst

Description :

The candidate for Identity & Access Management Support Analyst will be a hands-on role in adopting and improving Identity & Access Management solutions that support Optus employees.

The candidate will play an active role in the maintenance of capabilities to improve the identity & access management posture at Optus.

The candidate will work with the broader team to support the IAM Platforms that have been implemented in Optus including but not limited to Sailpoint, Safeguard and Silverfort.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Actively participates in the support of IAM solutions using Sailpoint Identity IQ, One Identity Safeguard and Silverfort.

- Maintain and troubleshoot custom integrations with various applications, systems and directories using API's and connectors provided by Sailpoint and One Identity.

- Ensure data synchronisation and establish seamless communication between different platforms.

- Ensure the IAM solutions adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant regulatory standards.

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations and integration details.

- Customise workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies and reports to meet business requirements.

- Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution and reduce future incidents.

Requirements :

- Experience with core IDAM technologies such as Sailpoint, Safeguard and Silverfort.

- Experience in IT Operations support roles following ITIL practices.

- Experience with maintenance of Sailpoint workflows (Joiner / Mover / Leaver / Approvals).

- Experience with working with leadership and engineers.

- Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills

- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

- Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment
