About the Role

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the organization's IAM strategy, including policies, processes, and technologies.

Responsible for overall architecture, planning and delivery of enterprise identity programs. 

Manage and operate IAM tools and technologies to secure user, application and machine identities such as Okta, Active Directory, and Delinia/ Thycotic secret server, Yubikey, RSA, PKI and certificate servers

Ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities and access to resources.

Work with business stakeholders to understand their IAM needs and requirements and ensure applications are secured and provisioning and access management automated.

Collaborate with Enterprise Security to implement IAM solutions that align with the organization's overall IT strategy.

Advice Sr. management on IAM related status, issues and risks and take responsibility for remediating and securing the enterprise 

Stay up-to-date on the latest IAM trends and technologies.

Identify and mitigate IAM risks.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of the IAM infrastructure.

Develop and deliver training on IAM best practices to users and IT staff across the globe

Coach and mentor team and ensure a high performing culture

About You

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in identity and access management.

5+ years of experience managing and operating IAM tools and technologies and teams of 10+ across the globe

Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.

Proven experience in assessing current state and scaling it across people, process and technology to realize key information security outcomes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong program and project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest IAM trends and technologies.

Preferred: Experience with NIST, CIS, FIDO Standards, FedRamp and related industry identity certifications.
