What will you bedoing
- Full cyclerecruiting: Managing an entire recruitment process end to end fromthe position definition tillonboarding.
- Partnering directly with hiringmanagers to understand their teams hiring needs and teamdynamics.
- Collaborate with both local andglobal stakeholders both in HQ and subsidiariesabroad
- Source talent through deep internetresearch networking competitive intelligence gathering employee andcandidate referrals.
- Consistently generate ahealthy pipeline of highquality candidates through creativesourcing techniques.
- Manage candidates inprocess and provide them with a standout talentexperience.
- Creating managing and improvingrecruiting processes
- Work closely with localjob boards external recruitment agencies and universities to buildstrong candidate pipelines.
- Assist with HRinitiatives and activities Employee engagement and CSR activitiesalong with growing needs of HR team.
- HRworkshops and events participation and SolarEdgerepresentation
- Branding of SolarEdge in socialmedia andevents

Requirements :
- 26 years of experience infullcycle recruitment for large organizations managing processesendtoend
- Experience in recruiting for technicalpositions (R&D hardware engineering) amust
- Proven track record of successfullyidentifying and hiring exceptional candidates in highgrowthenvironments.
- Experience in developingconstructing and using various sourcing tools and developingcandidate pipelines.
- Experience working crossculturally.
- The SolarEdge environment is afastpaced dynamic changing evolving growing environment werelooking for someone who can join the pace of ourteam.
- Handson experience with ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS)experience with Comeet aplus.
- Strong English written/verbalcommunicationskills.
