- Our People function supports the recruitment of all roles across UpGuard. As we prepare for further growth across the APAC and EMEA regions, we are looking to grow our talent acquisition team to make it happen As a Talent Partner at UpGuard, you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Partners in Australia & US as we build our talent strategy, growth plans, interview best practices, and effective, scalable recruitment processes. You will also partner with the business to champion, change and drive the hiring process to attract and onboard top talent to the UpGuard team

**What you’ll accomplish**:

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer, for roles located in the regions we operate (Primarily APAC & EMEA)
- Craft and execute creative talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting diverse talent
- Conduct research to map target companies and top talent, and build out talent networks to develop an ongoing talent pipeline for high-priority needs
- Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including compensation and employment brand trends
- Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and ideal profiles to excel in their team and at UpGuard
- Report on KPIs, goals, and other recruitment metrics

**What you'll need**:

- 2-3 years experience doing full-cycle recruitment within an in-house recruitment function, specifically hiring for roles within Sales & Marketing, Account Management, Product & Engineering.
- Stellar organizational skills, working with a strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize various top priorities, self-manage projects, and handle multiple tasks
- Have utilized an array of sourcing strategies and research tools (ie. LinkedIn, Boolean, Deep Web)
- Proven stakeholder management
- A Data-driven approach
- Confident, coachable, and an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment

- Track record of creating or enhancing a company's hiring lifecycle
- Experience partnering with C-level executives and senior management across a globally distributed organization
