CTC: 10-12 LPA 
Experience: 8-9 year
Location :Hyderabad
Skill :HR software, End to end Recruitment process, Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
Qualification : Any

Recruitment:
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting creation to candidate          onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments with     hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment Nprocess
Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Address employee inquiries and grievances promptly and effectively, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office suite.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
