JobDescription We are seeking adynamic and motivated HR Generalist with 1 to 2 years of experienceto join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion forhuman resources good understanding of HR principles and practicesand exceptional communication skills. This role will involvecollaborating with various departments to support HR initiativesmanaging employee relations and ensuring compliance with companypolicies andprocedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Assistin the recruitment process by posting job openings coordinationwith recruiting agencies facilitate resumes screening andscheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hireorientation and onboarding activities including conductingorientation sessions and preparing new hirepaperwork.
  • Serve as the main point of contactfor employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures andbenefits.
  • Assist with employee relationsmatters including conflict resolution performance management anddisciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate anduptodate employee records and HRdatabases.
  • Assist with the developmentimplementation and maintenance of HR policies andprocedures.
  • Administer employee benefitsprograms including enrollment changes andterminations.
  • Conduct exit interviews andanalyze data to identify trends and areas forimprovement.
  • Assist with HR projects andinitiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a humanresources role.
  • Knowledge of HR laws andregulations.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail.
  • Ability tohandle confidential information withdiscretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and HRISsoftware.
