As the Executive- Sales you will be part of the HDBU and will report to the Manager- Sales
The purpose of your role will be to driving H-D business in assigned city, state with direct functional engagement & shared cross functional engagement:
- Sales & Related Activities -Directly
- Channel & Related - Directly
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Driving Business Unit Performance & Deliverables - Sales (Volume & Market Share) for designated locations
2. Achieve dealer wise sales volume and market share plans for the year and also periodic (monthly)
3. Lead generation to maintain adequate pipeline
4. Scout and meet prospects for future dealerships
5. Drive the enrichment of customer experience at all dealerships

Academic Qualification & Experience
- BE/ B.Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing
- 4-5 years of experience in Channel sales with automotive OEM
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Sales Planning and Execution
- Channel Management
- Financial Acumen
- Product Knowledge
- Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP)"
Behavioural Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
