Work Experience **:5 to 7 Years of Experience in that last 2 years should be from Iron & Steel Industry. Working knowledge with Whole Sale Dealers.**

Educational Qualification **:Any Graduation**

Gender**:Male**

Age**:25 to 30 Years**

Remuneration**:Salary will be at par with Industry Standards**

Notice Period**:15 to 30 Days**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Accelerate sales of branded Steel TMT Bars in the assigned area.
- Build endearing relationships with existing Retail Dealers.
- Identify, shortlist and appoint the new Retail Dealers to the network.
- Maintain healthy relationships with the Retail Dealers.
- Ensure Collections are made within the stipulated time.
- Collect, maintain & update database of various Customers / Influencers and implement specific initiatives for each of them.
- Engage with the Team to enhance Productivity & Team Work.
- Manage the workflow of all assigned Projects.
- Adhere to the Sales Policy of the Company.
